BA-BF Air Box
With HPTuners VCM Suite expanding into the Ford market it’s
an ideal time to tell you about our BA/BF Cold Air Box that
is manufactured to the same exacting standards as our powder
coated alloy VT-VE systems.
Offering exceptional visual appeal, the internally insulated
boxes come with intake adaptor pipe and High-flow 22.5cm K&N
pod filter. An open ended design ensures the best possible
air flow for improved power, the coolest possible intake
temperatures, easy filter access and cleaning.

XR6 Turbo under Battery CAI
The Process West air intake system is designed to be used in
conjunction with their billet plenum or in other custom
set-ups. It utilises the space normally taken by the factory
intercooler plumbing under the battery tray.
Note: This intake is not designed to work if the factory
intercooler is still in place.

XR6 Turbo Crossover Pipe Kit
This crossover pipe is designed to work with the Process
West stage 2 intercooler kit and under battery cold air
intake. It can also be paired with the "around the battery"
intercooler piping kit which will enable fitting of the
under battery cold air intake even with the stock
intercooler in place.
The upgrade crossover does 2 things:
1. Removes the factory restrictive cross over pipe
2. Allows fitting of my under battery cold air intake

XR6 Turbo Anti-surge System
The Process West fuel surge tank/fuel pump assembly has been
designed with ease of fitment in mind and bullet-proof
performance. The unit bolts into place and the fuel lines
simply plug-in.
The fuel pump is also double rubber isolated which keeps the
inherently noisy Bosch 044 pump whisper quiet.
It can be purchased with or without the Bosch Motorsport 044
pump.

XR6 Turbo Race Air Box
The Process West 4 inch race air box system has been
designed for extreme power levels. Utilising the area
normally occupied by the battery they've been able to design
the ultimate intake.
The air box uses a massive 6 inch internal diameter K&N
filter which mounts onto a 6 inch to 4 inch bellmouth which
connects to a internally wire re-enforced moulded silicon
hose down to the turbo.
The air box can also be used for "high mount" turbo
configurations. The 4 inch OD air box outlet is at the
approximate height of most high mount turbo compressor
inlets so a simple section of pipe is all that is needed to
use the air box for high mounts.

XR6 Turbo Race Plenum Kit
The Process West "Race Plenum Kit" combines all of the best
Process West products to bring together a complete induction
kit like no other.
The race kit features the following:
- Massive 500 x 425 x 100mm bar & plate intercooler core
- Billet plenum chamber
- 2.5 inch hot side intercooler piping
- 3 inch cold side intercooler piping
- 4 inch Race air box
- Battery relocation kit
- Windscreen washer bottle relocation kit

XR6 Turbo Rocker Cover Garnish
The Process West rocker cover garnish was developed to
replace the factory plastic garnish when using an
aftermarket plenum (or the Process West throttle body
relocation kit).
Note: Custom designs can also be produced at an extra
charge.
The factory plastic garnish is designed to accommodate the
factory cross over/intake piping set-up and leaves a not so
attractive finish in the engine bay once these items are
removed.
The new garnish is CNC machined from a solid billet of
6061T6 aluminium for a perfect fit. We have also designed
the garnish to accept the factory rubber seal that keeps
water/moisture out of the coil packs. It can't be stressed
enough the importance of keeping this area dry for
reliability.

XR6 Turbo Street Plenum Kit
Solve your intercooler/intake/plenum needs with this
complete bolt on system.
Included in the system is the following:

- Plus all of the accessories needed for a fuss free
installation
Process West have engineered an intake system that doesn't
require the battery to be relocated. Competitor's kits all
need to include a costly battery relocation kit (and new
battery). This greatly reduces the cost and installation
time of the system.

XR6 Turbo Stage 1 Intercooler
The stage 1 intercooler has been designed to utilize the
factory intercooler plumbing to keep the costs down but
still maintain optimum efficiency. This system uses exactly
the same intercooler core as the stage 2 kit.
Using a massive bar & plate core with measurements (core
only) of 420 flow length x 360 height x 90mm thick it is the
largest intercooler on the market today that still uses the
stock intercooler plumbing.

XR6 Turbo Stage 3 Intercooler
The Process West stage 3 intercooler kit is the largest and
most efficient intercooler for the BA/BF Falcon on the
market today.
It uses a massive 500 x 425 x 100mm bar & plate intercooler
core.
The kit comes complete with 2.5in hot side intercooler
piping, 3in cold side intercooler piping and our very unique
throttle body relocation kit.
The throttle body relocation was developed for a few
reasons:
- To have the shortest possible intercooler piping length
which gives maximum throttle response.
- To have a true 3in intercooler pipe size without bonnet
rubbing issues. We have found that running 3in piping over
the top of the engine into the factory throttle body
position will cause rubbing on the under side of the bonnet.
- To give a very neat engine bay appearance
All components that make up the throttle body relocation.
Relocating the throttle body means that the wiring to the
throttle body must be extended but for ease of installation
we have developed these plug-in patch harnesses.

XR6 Turbo Battery Relocation
The Process West battery relocation kit has been developed
to move the battery from the factory position to give
clearance for large air box installations.
The unique system sees a new battery being mounted behind
the factory foglight area on the drivers side of the car.
The reason this position was chosen was to keep the battery
cables as short as possible as long cables cause high
voltage drop and poor starting performance.
The installation of the system is very simple and does not
require cutting of any cables. You simply install the new
laser cut battery bracket and mount the new plastic battery
terminal distribution block and connect the cables.
